Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all pet apparel and accessories are clean and free of fur or debris.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
