• Pour hot/warm (not boiling) water over them to gently thaw while preserving nutrients.
• Allow to cool before feeding.

2. Slow Thawing

• Transfer cubes to a sealed container in the fridge the night before.
• By morning, they’ll be thawed and ready to serve.
• Once thawed, use within 1–3 days.
